We aim to provide quality care for all individuals looking at all individual support needs. We encourage independence and give full support where needed. We offer a home-from-home approach where all the service users are involved in all aspects of their daily living and make decisions with support from family, staff and advocates, they also make decisions about the bungalow they live in. We are an Equal Opportunity Company and embrace diversity within our approaches to staffing and care.
