Sue Lavender who works at Ashglen House, she was sadly in a situation in the middle of the night where she had to perform CPR on a service user, she maintained herself throughout the whole time whilst dealing with emergency services and then continued with the rest of her duties, she completed all her paper work then continued to support other service users with what they needed before she had time to process the situation she had been through. Sue done this whilst she was working alone until management was able to come in and support her through the situation. Sue put the service users’ needs before herself.
