Geri Connelly

Head of Compliance

Geri has been with Allied Care since 2000 and is responsible for the firm maintaining compliance with the current CQC and Fundamental Standards. This involves overseeing and coordinating quality assurance across the residential and supported living divisions through regular audits and checks. Prior to heading up compliance, Geri worked as a home and area manager within Allied Care. Geri previously spent four years as an auxiliary nurse across two nursing homes and holds several qualifications in counselling, health and safety and quality management.
