Clements House worked under the direction of two staff members ( Ema Balan and Florian Petria) for managing the service for over 1 week without a manager or deputy and with the support of the regional manager. Both staff are level 3 and they managed to keep everything under control ,to support the residents as per their needs and dealt with incidents in a professional manner. Both staff have been able to guide new staff with medication induction as well as completing all tasks within the service despite being short staffed with short notice. This was the first time when no management been available due to unforeseen circumstances and staff had the guidance of the area manager only and ensured that service continued to run smoothly without the residents experiencing any distress
